SAP Basis refers to the administration of SAP system that includes activities like installation and configuration, load balancing, and performance of SAP applications running on Java stack and SAP ABAP. This includes the maintenance of different services related to database, operating system, application and web servers in SAP system landscape and stopping and starting the system. They are then re-created with a continuous numbering in order to distinguish them later. Only the ID and description must be entered. The rest will be awarded automatically. The service will now restart and all instances should be green. This may take 2-3 minutes. Important: In the end, all instances must be green. This completes the creation and configuration.
