Starting reports
Add SAP Note 1433352 to your system. This note ships with the RSAUDIT_SYSTEM_STATUS report. This report documents the current status of the Client and System Modification Settings in an overview, which you can also print out for evaluation if required. The advantage of this report is that pure display permissions are necessary to execute it.
The generic entries cause deletions in the target system if the same entries originate from both development systems. To prevent this, insert SAP Note 1429716. Then use the report SU24_TRANSPORT_TABLES to transport your SU24 data. This report creates a detailed transport BOM based on the application names. Since the report has significantly higher maturities than step 3 of the transaction SU25, we advise you to apply this report only in a Y-landscape.

In Step 2b (Customised Proposal Values), you must manually adjust the entries that you manually changed in the SU24 transaction in the initial release. This will start the SU24 transaction in upgrade mode, and you can step by step through all applications and match the changes. If you have created custom organisational levels (ormits), you must restore them at this point using the PFCG_ORGFIELD_UPGRADE report. The report must be called for each organisational level. Here, the authorizations are either derived from the role menu (through the authorization default values (transaction SU24) or can also be edited manually in expert mode.
The next step is to switch to the navigation bar customising in the transaction CRMC_UI_NBLINKS and identify to the technical name of your logical link the corresponding target ID in the View Define logical link.
