Versions are the change documents within the development environment, for example, for changes to ABAP source code or the technical properties of tables. This authorization should only be assigned to an emergency user.
Create permissions for customising
Database Schema Privileges permissions: Schema Privileges are SQL object permissions that control access to and modification of a (database) schema, including the objects contained in that schema. A user who has an Object Privilege for a schema also has the same Object Privilege for all objects in that schema.

In the display image of your selected table, go to the Tools menu and select Assign Permissions Group. On the following image, you can then change the association with a table permission group or assign a new permission group. To do this, click the View/Modify button ( ) and enter your permission group in the Permission field.

The SAP_ALL profile is still frequently used there instead of concrete roles.

The event definitions DUX, DUY and DUZ are reserved for customers and delivered with a dummy expression.
