User group can be defined as required field
Handle the default users and their initial passwords
The SAP HANA Studio application is available for maintaining and assigning HANA permissions to users. The SAP HANA Studio is installed on your workstation. You can then log in to one or more HANA databases with the user and password. The SAP HANA Studio and HANADatenbank are currently subject to extensive further developments; Therefore, the respective versions of the SAP HANA studio must be compatible with the HANA databases to be connected. For this reason, we recommend that you check the information about the use of certain versions of SAP HANA Studio in the SAP Notes.

Furthermore, the statistical data of other users (user activities, such as executed reports and transactions) should be classified as sensitive, since it may be possible to draw conclusions about work behavior using this data. This data can be displayed using transaction ST03N, for example. Access authorizations to the two types of data mentioned above should be assigned only very restrictively.
System Users
The call to your implementation of the BAdIs is the last step in the process of storing user data. This applies to all transactions or function blocks that make changes to user data. Therefore, the BAdI is also called during maintenance by the BAPI BAPI_USER_CHANGE. You use this BAPI when you implement a password reset self-service as described in Tip 52, "Reset Passwords by Self-Service." This enables encrypted e-mail delivery of initial passwords within a self-service framework.

So much information... how can you keep it so that you can find it again when you need it? That's what Scribble Papers is great for.

We now want to describe the necessary settings in the sending application using the example of encrypted sending of initial passwords. To implement this requirement, you can use the BAdI BADI_IDENTITY_UPDATE. This BAdI is also only available via a support package starting from SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.31. For details on the relevant support packages, see SAP Note 1750161. To implement the BAdIs, use the transaction SE18; there you can also see the example class CL_EXM_IM_IDENTITY_UPDATE. For the BAdI BADI_ IDENTITY_UPDATE, you must implement the SAVE method to the IF_BADI_IDENTITY_UPDATE interface.

However, if your Identity Management system is currently not available or the approval path is interrupted, you can still assign urgently needed authorizations with "Shortcut for SAP systems".

Misuse of SAP authorizations becomes more difficult and the company is thus protected from significant financial damage as well as reputational damage.

The system determines the set (M2) of all organizational objects assigned to these organizational units.
