All this - and much more - is provided by our REALTECH Service Management Software out of the box. But it doesn't have to be our complete ITSM solution to realise this integration. The freeware Scribble Papers is a "note box" in which all kinds of data can be stored. It takes in typed texts as well as graphics and entire documents. The data is then organised in folders and pages.

Tools such as "Shortcut for SAP Systems" are extremely useful for SAP support.

Feedback on classic messages can already be received by customers in real time as SMS directly to their mobile phone.

We have already identified a number of scenarios where artificial intelligence can add significant value.
