We diagnose and resolve incidents, explain the causes of the problem. We analyse, evaluate and implement changes in business processes. We do SAP software update and develop additional applications (ABAP). We advise system users.

The team responsible for the maintenance and management of SAP systems consists of more than 90 people and even accounts for 1/3 of Hicron's total workforce. Our consultants are always available - a dedicated team works on your system and has all the necessary skills and knowledge of the SAP modules your company uses.

The reports filed outside of our business hours will not be processed until the next working day. The SAP processes the "Very High" priority messages immediately. In order to ensure that you as a customer are always well informed about how a message can be submitted outside of business hours, our answering machine with the relevant information is available to you. In the Customer Guide, you will learn how to proceed in the event of a system shutdown, for example, to submit the message to SAP for immediate processing. You will also receive detailed information about the message task in SAP Solution Manager and a description of the message task outside of our business hours.

The freeware Scribble Papers is a "note box" in which all kinds of data can be stored. It takes in typed texts as well as graphics and entire documents. The data is then organised in folders and pages.


In order to support your existing teams, our central European technical service team is responsible for remote monitoring and technical interventions and 24/7 operation. This service has already been honoured several times for its customer satisfaction, and our 25-strong team is always on standby to be there for you when needed. Technical support includes: Technical Incident Handling - urgent support if SAP's stability or performance is impaired / Technical services on-demand / System check-up on demand.

With the consistent support via SAP Enterprise Support and an optional unified cooperation model via SAP ActiveEmbedded and SAP MaxAttention for all solutions, SAP offers consistent support for all solutions, regardless of the operating model.
